Terms of Service

1. Your Use of the Services

• Our Services are concierge services which include but are not limited to: travel planning, dining, event planning, household services, lifestyle management, relationship management, and home upkeep. The Services that Maior AI provides will evolve over time and may expand or contract beyond this list. Services must 1) only be used in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, 2) only used for your personal use and 3) must not be used or an account opened on behalf of another individual, a company, organization, or other entity. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to suspend or close access to your account.

1. Eligibility. In order to use the Services, you need to be 18 years or older and have the power to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Additional authorized users must be approved by Maior AI and will be required to follow all relevant service and privacy policies.
2. Your responsibilities. Use of services must comply with Rules and Prohibitions outlined below. All content created by Maior AI in servicing your account is subject to protected intellectual properly rights.
3. Account security. User is responsible for safeguarding all relevant passwords as well as maintaining up to date account information and payment methods. If any of your relevant account information is lost or stolen, user is responsible for updating with Maior immediately. All personal details provided to Maior AI to provide Services will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Registration

• In order to register, you must complete the following steps:
  (a) complete onboarding questionnaire
  (b) once you have submitted the questionnaire, we will reach out to have an in-depth onboarding session to learn more about you.

2. Text, Telephone, and Video Communications

Communications with Maior AI

1. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Maior AI, Inc. By enrolling in our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Opt-In: By providing your phone number, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Maior AI, Inc. These messages may include updates, promotions, notifications, and other relevant information.
2. Frequency: The frequency of messages will vary. You may receive up to 5 messages per week that are not responses to inquiries.
3. Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan and any applicable charges.
4. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your mobile number with third parties without your consent. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with the word "STOP" to any message. For help, reply with "HELP" or contact support@maior.ai.
6. Delivery: SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
7. Eligibility: By enrolling, you confirm that you are the owner of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to Terms: We may modify or terminate our SMS messaging service or these terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you via SMS.

Communications with Third Parties

1. If Maior AI makes contact with a third party at your directive you agree that Maior AI: 1) has the legal right to provide information to that third party relevant to Services directed by you under these Terms, 2) if you provide third party contact information for Maior AI to interface with, that information is accurate and 3) you authorize Maior AI to act as your agent in the Services you requested.

Consent to Monitoring and Recording

1. You acknowledge and agree that telephone calls, text messages, video communications, in-app messages, and other communications between you and Maior AI, including its agents and affiliates, may be monitored and recorded for purposes of quality control and training, as well as providing and improving our Services.

3. Fees for Services

1. Subscription. If you join the services, you may purchase a subscription to the Services. You will be charged the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes, minus any promotional offerings available at the time of subscription. Your membership will automatically renew, upon expiration of each term, for successive periods in perpetuity, unless the subscription is cancelled at least 10 days prior to the end of the current term.  You can cancel your membership through any of the methods described below. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Maior AI to initiate recurring payments until you cancel. All payments will be processed using the Payment Information designated in your account. If your payment details change, your card provider may provide us with updated card details. All fees and applicable taxes, if any, are payable in United States dollars. The Fees may vary from time to time. In the event that the subscription fee varies from one term to another, we will inform you of the change at least 10 days before the expiration of your current term.
2. Refund Policy. Refunds are only issued if required by law. If you cancel your subscription during a period, your right to use the Services will continue until the end of that period.
3. Non-payment. If payment is not made on time, Maior AI reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.
4. Payment of Fees. ‍Subscription payments and renewals can be made by credit card, debit card, or charge card from which you have authorized us to deduct such payment.  In some cases, at our complete discretion and with no obligation to do so, we may accept payment by bank transfer.  

4. Third Party Partners and/or Merchants

1. Links to Third Party Websites and Linking to our Services: Our Services may contain links to websites, apps and other services which are operated and owned by third party service providers or retailers. Third parties may charge a fee for their services, for which Maior AI will have no liability. You will also be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies imposed by third parties with or through whom you book goods or services.
2. Our Right to Collect Commissions: You acknowledge that Maior AI reserves the right to accept commissions from suppliers of the goods and services that we promote and/or make available to you and that the price of the goods and services may reflect that commission.
3. Services involving Maior AI purchasing from third party merchants: If you ask for Services involving purchasing goods and/or services from a third party merchant, these will be purchased on your behalf with your permission. Upon purchase, you will be subject to all terms, conditions, and privacy agreements with the third party merchant. You are responsible for the cost of the goods and services, including any taxes and fees.
4. No liability for third party goods and services: You agree that Maior AI has no responsibility for any goods or services provided by third party merchants and made available through the Services. If you purchase, use, or access goods or services from third party merchants through the Services, you do so at your own risk.

5. User Content and Company Content

Some parts of the Services may allow you to upload or submit content such as text, images, video, recipes, ratings, feedback, etc. (“User Content”). You retain all rights to any User Content that you upload or submit to the Services and are solely responsible for that content. Maior AI may, in its sole discretion, remove or take down any User Content you upload or submit to the Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice to you.

All rights (including copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights), title, and interest in and to the Services and the Content including but not limited to all information, data, text, maps, graphics, the “look and feel”, logos, icons, trademarks, images, video clips, sound clips, editorial content, notices, data compilations, page layout, selection or arrangement of the contents of the Services, and the underlying code and software in the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Maior AI.

Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use commercially the Maior AI names, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features. Other logos and product and company names mentioned in these Terms may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Upon closing an account, the customer may ask the company to delete their customer data and the company will comply. The customer can request this by emailing support@maior.vip.

6. User Rules and Prohibitions

You agree not to do - or assist anyone in doing - the following:

1. Post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit any User Content that: (i) infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party’s patent, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;
2. Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Maior AI’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of providers;
3. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Maior AI system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
4. Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Maior AI or providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Services;
5. Attempt to access or search the Services or download content from the Services using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, etc.) other than the software and/or search agents provided by Maior AI or other generally available third-party web browsers;
6. Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, or other form of solicitation using the Services;
7. Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata using Maior AI’s trademark, logo URL, or product name without Maior AI’s express written consent;
8. Copying any part of the content to create or compile in any form without our prior express written consent to do so.
9. Use the Services in in any way that violates any local, national or other laws or regulations (including applicable data privacy, export and re-export control laws and regulations) or any order of a court in any relevant jurisdiction;

6. Disclaimers and Liability

Maior AI is not responsible for:

1. Risk incurred by travel to certain international destinations that may carry more risk than others, including the risk of personal injury and damage to or loss of property.
2. User engaging in activities that may carry more risk than others.
3. Actions or omissions of any third party who incur any loss or damage to property.
4. Any dietary requirements or restrictions which must be communicated to a restaurant or service provider of meals.
5. Inability to access our Services for any reason beyond our control.
6. Damage to your property or business losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold Maior AI and their agents harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees.

7. Cancellation

The Terms and Conditions will apply until the relationship is terminated by either Maior AI or you. Termination can be made by sending an email to support@maior.vip with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
